With various tools for e-learning such as videos, forums, Q&A, and interactive videoconferencing to promote and develop collaboration and mutual help among participants.

Reliable Assessment

Access to in-lesson concept-check questions, quizzes and workshops with immediate feedback,as well as opportunities for group reviews. Electronic Certificates (e-Certificates) are also provided upon completion of each course. Students can download their certificates with easy monitoring of course progression and activity completion.

Easy Access

Available for desktop, mobile phones and similar devices connected in the internet. To use this portal: A Login box is located in the top right hand corner of the front page. Simple type your BOC provided Username and Password into the text boxes in the Login box. Then click the Login button.

Regional Online Learning Portals

In order to promote learnings in all areas of Customs administration, the Bureau of Customs follows the World Customs Organization (WCO) Customs Learning & Knowledge Community (CLiKC!) and the ASEAN Customs Knowledge-Based Service. These learning and knowledge community portals provide access for collaboration, dissemination, and sharing of relevant customs knowledge and infomation and promotes blended and other innovative learning methods in Customs organizations.

Bureau of Customs Online Learning Portal

The Bureau of Customs Online Learning Portal is an initiative that aims to provide continuous support to new and existing BOC employees by providing them with training modules from their office desks or mobile phones. With the rise of webinars under the 'new normal" setup, it is now easier than ever to participate in this learning platform.

BOC will engage with various technical experts, international organizations, and national government agencies to provide webinar training on a wide-variety of courses on Customs Valuation; Custom Management and Administration; Tariff, Customs and Related Laws Rules and Regulations and Procedures Implementation; Assessment and Revenue Collections; Intelligence and Enforcement; Trade Facilitation; Border Patrol and Security; Use of Technology; Governance and Integrity; Harmonized System and Regional Trade Facilitation Agreements.

This training portal further supports BOC's aim to transform the Customs bureau into a transparent, responsive, and world-class Customs administration by 2022, providing fiscal strength, economic growth, and border security.
